Joining ¥ØU$UK€ ¥UK1MAT$U, the meticulously exploded puissance of UK beacon SHERELLE hums with her deep love for jungle, footwork, hardcore, and grime, translated into fast-paced dance injections dripping with emotion and chaotic beauty. Bringing pure unfiltered soul to her selections, expect high-BPM breakbeats, acid blasts, and hard-hitting club energy with that most powerful of dancefloor weapons: introspection.

Tokyo’s Minna-no-kimochi summon trance as a heaving beast, 90s rave and 2010s EDM exhumed into a post-club wasteland—sweat dripping from concrete walls, bodies sick with dance fever, the air a spectral pulse. From ambient fog, their trance-endental rituals beckon the mind towards bodily surrender and ignition.

New Zealand-born and Berlin-based, DJ Fuckoff’s sets whip you across the hardcore spectrum at shotgun speed, weaving raw breakbeats, acidic techno, and gushes of trap and psytrance into ferocious mega-energy whirlwinds. Percolating provocations over pounding basslines, her sound is part punk rebellion, part futuristic rave utopia.

DJ, producer and promoter mi-el is known for her meticulous, deeply personal and grinning approach to selection. Sets from this Berlin-via-London artist blur and slice through club precision with artful interference, gliding across the cortex chimerically. A low-pressure front rises before spiking into electrified surges, where skewed bass and spectral textures churn in magnetic disarray.

New Event: Kara-Lis Coverdale & Ellen Arkbro

Ellen Arkbro and Kara-Lis Coverdale present two solo sets at Gedächtniskirche on September 24, offering kindred yet deliciously distinct approaches to expanded harmonic listening.

Returning to Berlin for the first time since 2021, Kara-Lis Coverdale will perform a new solo piano set that continues her turn toward acoustic intimacy after years of electronic exploration. Prior to presenting the outcome of her CTM x Somerset House residency at CTM 2026, Ellen Arkbro will present a solo organ performance titled »Nightclouds« that deepens her investigations into dissonance and harmonic instability.

Fam Jam 2025 with Kuntari, Hugging and VMO

Join CTM and DISK Agency for our next Fam Jam night and album presentation with Kuntari, Hugging and VMO Violent Magic Orchestra!

The duo known as Kuntari de/evolve musical tradition with surgically feral precision, slicing it down into the lurking brutishness of »primal-core.« Their newest album »LAHAR« is a deeply atmospheric, bone-melting session of ancestral doom sounds. The four-piece Hugging summons heavy music rooted in folklore, linguistic dialects, food, and the tender violence of human contact. Its voice emerges from the majestically weird and powerful Lane Shi, aka Otay:Onii, together with Kim Vu and Ghaliz Harris of post-metal sludgists Graien and drummer Leticia Figueiredo of blackened thrash Brazilians Kultist. Violent Magic Orchestra (VMO) gut the revered corpses of black metal and techno to birth a dance ritual baptized in blood and strobelight. Entropy and energy copulate furiously in their monstrous missive »DEATH RAVE«, ripping apart floor and ear with suffocating guitars, throat-shred shrieks, and synths that perforate the eardrums deliciously.

»BODIES AND SUBWOOFERS« (B.A.S.) 12.0: TUNNEL at Hellerau’s HYBRID Biennale 2024 Photo: Klaus Gigga, 2024

In the latest article on CTM Magazine, sound artist Stefanie Egedy outlines her study of low frequency sound, exploring its physical, aural, and aesthetic ramifications through building a compendium of work called »BODIES AND SUBWOOFERS« (B.A.S.). Together with the researcher Holger Lund, she investigates bodies and bass as co-creative agents in sensory and spatial dynamics, proposing new compositional methodologies that situate low frequency sound work in the realm of Post-Music.
