We are just a few weeks away from our third CTM x ICA collaboration, supported by Goethe-Institut London. Over three consecutive days from 4 – 6 September, the programme will again aim to immerse visitors into the intersections between music, visuals, and performance, highlighting both organisations’ longtime commitment to pushing artistic dialogues across forms and practices.

We kick off the first of three nights co-curated by CTM Festival and ICA London with an evening of raw frequencies and fractured visions: here, rhythm becomes architecture and sound carves space into a beast most primal, dangerously hypnotic, and unrelentingly alive.

Experimental duo Emptyset present »Dissever«, a live iteration of their sixth album exploring the intertwined histories of cosmic rock, minimalism, and electronic music. Drawing inspiration from found-footage horror and video games, KAVARI's music summons an atmosphere both visceral and cinematic to push the mind onto the subway tracks of imagination.

The second night opens a portal to ancient echoes and future devotions. Voice becomes invocation, harmony a form of resistance. Sacred textures and spectral folk ooze together into a shared dream of connection, care, and ritual.

Berlin-based artist Lyra Pramuk presents her new album Hymnal, a 14-track exploration inspired by the natural world and the communal roots of pre-industrial folk cultures. Catalan duo Tarta Relena blend traditional and modern elements in their vocal-driven sound.

The final night of CTM x ICA 2025 beckons you with crook’d finger into an audiovisual labyrinth of personal narrative and jagged abstraction, each pulse of light slicing through shadow before descending into an abyssal dance ritual where metal’s feral fury collides with unholy beats.

British producer aya collaborates with German light artist MFO to present an audiovisual performance interweaving nerved confessional with »rave got dark.« Japanese collective Violent Magic Orchestra (VMO) fuses howling black metal, techno, and visual art to create an intense and abyssal dance experience.
