Seeking Role Playing Game Participants to Contribute to CTM Radio Lab

Apply until 14 December 2020

Open Call to all therians, sympathetic humans, and animal lovers!

The CTM Radio Lab commission »Otherkin: A Social Software« by Omsk Social Club x Alexander Iezzi x Portals Cashmere Radio is in search of Berlin-based participants to contribute to a live Real Game Play over two full days, 13–14 January 2020. After a workshop on day 1, the day 2 “Social Software Summit” will aim to build a therian toolkit together, to strengthen our dispersed communities from attacks by Sups (see back story in the application form). The summit will be recorded, and later cut into an experimental sound piece by Alexander Iezzi. The work will be presented within CTM 2021's online exhibition and also presented by Deutschlandfunk Kultur/Klangkunst in spring 2021, plus ORF Austrian Broadcasting Service in autumn 2021.

The two-day session will take place throughout Festsaal Kreuzberg, a large venue that is outfitted with a high-quality ventilation system. It has been designed with Covid-19 measures in place, including very limited participation, a rapid Covid test (Schnelltest) to be given to all participants before the start of day 1, a minimum 3m distance between participants, no direct body contact, and mandatory face masks when not recording. Participants must also come in groups of 2 or 4 people of the same household, in order to minimize the number of households present.

If you wish to join us, please read the full call storyline and concept and fill out the application form below it together with your clan/household/collective, by 14 December, 2020. Read more and apply here.
