1MYEN’s »sonic tulpamancy« summons entities crawl from beneath the club’s floorboards, granular textures and warped synthetics hovering between deconstructed club, IDM and industrial bass.
Quezon City rapper and DJ Pette spits an aural feast of vernacular invective and delectable wordplay. Thriving upon incongruity, her flow frolics ‘twixt collisions of incongruous registers and the prodigious possibilities of language when liberated from respectability.
The night continues with solo appearances of the members of the collective Microplastics: HDetailed futuristic productions by 96 Back featuring Fynn Dobson on drums, and a wide-n-weird DJ b2b between aya and Secretary (Jennifer Walton) channeling euphoric dancefloor pressure.
More acts to be announces soon.
