    In collaboration with the Deutsche Oper Berlin, she’ll perform her work »VÍDDÍR« together with an ensemble. First conceived for the vast acoustics of Copenhagen’s Grundtvig’s Church, sound writhes through the space in waves until the separate performers begin to merge into a single organism. Solid masses and near-weightless textures gather, fading to reincarnate in altered forms suspended in the air one moment and buried deep beneath the soil the next.

    Youth 16–18 years of age can join events that end before midnight, unaccompanied by an adult. Under 16s are only allowed entry when accompanied by a legal guardian.

    Persons taking public transit may check the current status of elevators at the subway stops nearest each venue, via the BVG (both in German and English).

    Gedächtniskirche is wheelchair accessible. Venue staff can always be asked for help with regards to mobility. We offer free access for an accompanying person for holders of a »Schwerbehinderten Ausweis mit Kategorie B« card.
