The final day of the masterclass series moves from the studio to the stage, focusing on system design, alignment, and show control using the d&b Soundscape system. Through practical demonstration, the workshop covers how to derive array coverage and execute tuning that supports the specific dramaturgic intent of a piece in a real room. Robust rehearsal workflows and reproducible checklists are established, allowing composers to scale their studio work effectively for live performance.
The focus will be on system design, alignment, show control on d&b Soundscape; rehearsal workflows; last‑mile creative decisions responsive to room and audience. The session will take place as a demonstration with configuration notes and reproducible checklists. Outcomes will be: robust procedures for translating studio work to live spatial performance.
