Accessibility

Below you'll find an overview of venue and event accessibility information, including mobility, volume/lighting, reduced tickets, online offerings, and free events. We have a dedicated contact person for questions about visiting CTM Festival as a person with special needs. They can provide information about venue accessibility, or programme details relating to volume, lighting effects (stroboscope), or any other condition that could affect sensitive individuals. Please contact us at accessibility(at)ctm-festival.de for more information.

All CTM venues are wheelchair accessible with the following notes or exceptions:

  • Berghain is accessible. If you are unable to wait in line for long periods of time due to a disability, you can bypass the line and ask to be admitted directly at the door. Accessible toilets are available, please contact Berghain staff (bar staff, runners, door staff, or security) to use them. All floors are connected by an elevator, which can be used when accompanied by Berghain’s staff. Please ask door staff for help with the elevator whenever you would like to change floors or move around the club.
  • daadgalerie is fully accessible. The space has two floors, the ground floor is accessible through a heavy glass door which opens inwards. The first floor can be reached via elevator. The accessible toilet is on the ground floor only.
  • Haus der Visionäre: please follow the signs to the accessible entrance located between Arena and Haus der Visionäre. Heated accessible toilets are located in the entrance courtyard. An area is reserved for wheelchair users to view the concerts.
  • Morphine Raum: the venue is accessible via a flight of stairs. A service elevator can be used upon request—please get in touch with CTM’s accessibility team in advance to make arrangements
  • RSO.Berlin: the Robus Floor is not wheelchair accessible via the main entrance. Please ask door staff for assistance, they will help you enter via an alternate entrance.

We offer free access for an accompanying person for holders of a »Schwerbehinderten Ausweis mit Kategorie B« card. Please get in touch with us in advance to make arrangements.

Handicapped parking spaces can be found in front of Radialsystem, RSO.Berlin, and Volksbühne, as well as in the courtyard area at Haus der Visonäre.

Persons taking public transit may check the current status of elevators at the subway stops nearest each venue, via the BVG (both in German and English). The CTM Venue Map is also available online.

We encourage you to get in touch with us or the relevant venue staff in advance so that we can help plan your visit. Venue staff can always be asked for help with regards to mobility and elevator usage. Contact information:
