CTM, Urbiks Music, and spæs lab present a three‑day masterclass in spatial audio. Participants will delve into the practices shaping today’s most advanced spatial sound production. The masterclass is composed of five workshops and concludes with a sixth session on translating studio work to live spatial performance in collaboration with d&b Soundscape.

Workshop four in the masterclass series addresses the critical issue of interoperability, establishing reliable pathways between Ambisonics, Dolby Atmos, and other object-based production pipelines. Mic array setups and render strategies are explored to ensure localization and envelopment are preserved when translating between different formats and venues. Participants learn to compile industry-standard ADM and BWAV deliverables, securing the integrity of creative intent across platforms.
