Rethinking Music Ecosystems

Speculative Exercises in Transformation | 14 – 18 January 2021

For CTM 2021, our ongoing Rethinking Music Ecosystems thread takes the form of speculative exercises in »Transformation.« A series of guided collaborative laboratories, the programme encourages experiments to respond to current crises and flaws affecting those active in music today. 

Each session hones in on a specific topic, identifying potential approaches and tools with which to challenge problematic practices and models. Workshop participants will be selected via open call. The process and discussions will be documented in the form of online contributions, published via the CTM magazine in spring 2021.
