groundstates will revolve around the human scale of technology to bring forward new forms of collective stewardship. The festival is curated by Barbara Cueto.
The 40th edition will be accompanied by the exhibition Fragile Currents curated by Antonina Stebur, which takes working with ruins as a method to treat infrastructural breakdown not as a moment of collapse but as a condition from which other forms of organisation can emerge. The exhibition will run until 7 March 2027.
