A researcher and composer as well as the designer of the instrument Sophtar, Federico Visi's research explores the interplay between human and non-human agencies in music, embodiment in networked music performance, and interactive machine learning through networked performance, while his compositions have extended into film, dance, theatre, installations and experimental performance.
