Producer, DJ and curator Viiaan is fueled by an appetite for aural exploration. At the heart of her journey lies Voragine, the label and platform she founded as a haven for artists working in that gray area between experimental electronics, club rhythms and visual art. Ambient atmospheres, intricate percussion, broken beats and techno pulse within her work, utilizing field recordings, dark ambient textures and dancefloor energy in a carefully calibrated mix. Viiaan also pilots two signature party series, Rendezvous and Ambient 4 Babies. Her sets and productions conjure mythic imagery of water, night and memory converging within the grooves of the brain.
