Transformative turbulence.

Sicilian producer Nino Pedone has been forging the phreaked frictional overload of Shapednoise since 2013, gnawing at the edges of techno, noise, industrial and rave, folding club intensity into corroded forms that pulse and heave with sickly organic weight. His pneumatics are pressure-driven by an interest in sound as physical force and social signal rather than polished product.

Collaborations with artists like Mhysa, Justin K Broadrick, Drew McDowall, and Rabit translate into abrasive and cinemtatic sonic architectures, while more recent albums Absurd Matter and Absurd Matter 2 stretch his terrain into dialogues with voices from hip-hop and performance, inviting frequent collaborators such as Armand Hammer and Moor Mother to frolic amongst his distortion.
