Working primarily in narrative film but expanding into music video and visual installation, Feigefeld dissects how image, sound, and ritual construct our sense of the Real. Premiering at Fantastic Fest Austin, his debut feature Hagazussa is a fevered folk-horror set in the alpine isolation of medieval Europe, merging psychological horror with hypnotic visual minimalism. In 2021- 22 he assisted Jonathan Glazer as a German Dialogue Consultant on his award-winning film The Zone of Interest.

Deepening this exploration of atmosphere and metaphysics, his forthcoming English-language feature developed with SpectreVision extends his fascination with the corruption of bodies and systems of belief and ecology, filtered through an unearthly lens that dissolves the boundary between spiritual vision and psychological collapse. Releasing via his Berlin-based company Retina Fabrik, his films, music videos, and hybrid visual narratives navigate memory and ruin, delving into obsession with a slow-burning eldritch intensity. He’s partnered with Roly Porter to develop industrial atmospheric soundscapes, and with bela and Theresa Baumgartner on powerful A/V visions of ritual performance.
