C4R4COL, by Maque
Visual artist, dancer, choreographer, spiritual activist and musician, Maque Pereyra channels a decolonial, queer aesthetic into her performances. Born in Bolivia and now rooted in Berlin, she crafts spaces where reggaeton, cumbia, and Bolivian traditional sounds collide with the raw physicality of contemporary dance and Yoggaton—her signature blend of perreo, empowerment, and ritual.
With a body of work spanning from choreographed solos to DJ sets and audiovisual experiments, Maque treats the performative body as a rhizome: expansive, interconnected, and endlessly evolving. Her practice transforms sweat and sensuality into acts of resistance, linking ancestral knowledge with futuristic imaginings, all while setting dance floors and hearts ablaze with every beat.
