Sassoon's albums »Multiverse« (ASIP, 2020) and »Chaos & Order« (ASIP, 2022) stemmed from research with physicists and mathematicians, integrating algorithmic sound synthesis with live orchestral elements and experimental »impossible instruments.« His works have featured globally at venues like the Centre Pompidou, Dolby Labs NYC, Sonár Festival Barcelona, and SAT Montreal, and he has contributed extensively to TV, film, and gaming soundtracks, with releases on labels such as ASIP, Warner, and Ninja Tune. Beyond music, his research has been published in MIT’s Computer Music Journal and Technology Review.
