All CTM venues are wheelchair accessible with the following exceptions:
- The Festival Info Counter at silent green is accessible via elevator, however the elevator can only be used with assistance from venue staff. We ask that you contact us in advance to arrange your visit. If you are unable to pick up your pass at any of our Festival Info Counters, please contact us.
- Alte Münze’s Prägehalle concert hall is fully accessible with the exception of one bar counter (in the embossing hall) that may be too high for wheelchair users.
Alte Münze’s club space is not fully accessible. Wheelchair users are asked to use the entrance at Am Krögel 2. The club’s toilets are not accessible—the nearest accessible toilet is located in the production halls and can be reached via lift and attendants. The bars in the club are at ground level, but the counters are too high for wheelchair users and therefore not fully accessible. - MONOM: the toilets are not fully accessible
- Morphine Raum: the venue is accessible via a flight of stairs. A service elevator can be used upon request—please get in touch with CTM’s accessibility team in advance to make arrangements
- OXI: the toilets are not wheelchair accessible. Please reach out to CTM’s accessibility team beforehand so we can help plan your visit
- RSO.Berlin: the Robus Floor is not wheelchair accessible via the main entrance. Please ask door staff for assistance, they will help you enter via an alternate entrance.
- silent green Betonhalle is partially accessible: The ramp leading down to the venue has a very strong angle, which can create difficulties for non-electric wheelchairs. A lift is available at the back of the building, please speak to entrance staff for assistance
- Refuge Worldwide: the venue is not wheelchair accessible. Please reach out to CTM’s accessibility team beforehand so we can help plan your visit.
We offer free access for an accompanying person for holders of a »Schwerbehinderten Ausweis mit Kategorie B« card. Please get in touch with us in advance to make arrangements.
Handicapped parking spaces can be found in front of OXI, radialsystem, RSO.Berlin, and Volksbühne. There are no parking spaces available in the Alte Münze courtyard during events. The nearest car parks are located on Rolandufer.
Persons taking public transit may check the current status of elevators at the subway stops nearest each venue, via the BVG (both in German and English). The CTM Venue Map is also available online.
We encourage you to get in touch with us or the relevant venue staff in advance so that we can help plan your visit. Venue staff can always be asked for help with regards to mobility and elevator usage. Contact information:
