Explore the essential elements of establishing and managing a music collective with GASH Collective co-founder and musician ELLLL.

Active since 2016, GASH Collective, is an Ireland-based platform, dedicated to championing the voices of female, trans, queer, non-binary and other underrepresented individuals in the realms of music production and DJing. To date, GASH has hosted numerous free workshops, reaching over 300 individuals across Ireland. The collective has delivered lectures at universities and conferences worldwide, released two compilations and maintained a dedicated monthly mix series on Irish language broadcaster Raidió na Life. GASH Collective has garnered acclaim for its exceptional event curation, ranging from small, independent gatherings to large-scale festivals and events.

In this workshop, ELLLL will provide practical insights and strategies, guiding participants through defining your collective's mission and goals, fostering community engagement and collaboration, promoting diversity and inclusion within your creative space, and crafting a roadmap for sustainability and long-term success. Any skill level can attend and questions are welcome.
