After her graduation she was accepted for the Music Acoustics Master’s programme at the Detmold University of Music, Erich-Thienhaus-Institut. There she has specialised in room acoustics and investigated the correlation between room acoustical parameters and concert hall seat preferences.

In 2017 Sahin joined d&b audiotechnik as a member of the Education and Application Support Team. Currently she is still working for the same company as System Engineer for Soundscape. She has a passion for immersive audio and has been involved in various studio and live applications during her employment.
