    In this session, Jay Mitta, one of the core producers of Sisso Studios, the Dar es Salaam collective responsible for popularising singeli worldwide will start with a short introduction about himself, his music journey, and the essentials of singeli music. In the second part of the session, Mitta will give a live demonstration of how to create a Singeli track.

    Requirements

    The workshop is open to all levels of producers and music fans. If participants want to create a track, they will need to bring their own computer with music production software (Ableton, fruityloops etc), and headphones. People can also simply attend as listeners.
