De Jong is passionate about inclusion within the nightlife sector, creating safer spaces, connecting communities, and opening up tough conversations within the field. Besides working freelance for clubs in Rotterdam, she organises intentional club nights through the queer organization, KLAUW, which aims to give a platform to the city's marginalised groups in order to support their talents and encourage their creativity.
