Peter Trimbacher has been involved in the electronic music industry for over 15 years as an artist, event promoter/organiser, independent label owner, and professional educator.

Using Ableton Live at the centre, Trimbacher DJs and performs live improvisations under the moniker Metapattern which is a techno project encompassing many sub-genres such as broken beat, industrial, rave, polyrhythmic, and deep styles.

His works can be heard on labels such as Machine Label, Raven Sigh, Måinmise Records, and Krill Music. He contributes regularly to UK-based Attack magazine as a writer of technical production articles and is also well versed in higher education curriculum design and review.
