Trained in literary criticism, dance, and philosophy, Isabel Lewis lets theory and practice collide through organising lecture performances, workshops, club nights, and other conceptual events.

In her work, the Dominican artist has explored open-source technology and dance improvisation, collaborative choreography, and other interdisciplinary formats. Besides co-founding the Bodysnatch party in her base of Berlin, Lewis has presented live artworks at locations such as Tate Modern (London), Kunsthalle Zürich, Roskilde Festival (Copenhagen), and Ming Contemporary Art Museum (Shanghai). Her performance at CTM 2021 has been made with the support of Callie's (Berlin).
